In 2008, I started a business in a completely different industry with a name that, over time, was simply shortened to EL. Initially, EL stood for Exceptional Learning—but it quickly came to represent much more. It grew into a symbol of community, connection, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive, whether that was through education, mentorship, or meaningful service. It reflected a core belief that success is most fulfilling when it’s shared and when it uplifts the people around you.
When I launched EL Travel, the letters took on a new meaning—Exploring Latitudes. After all, travel is about discovery, and “latitude” is more than just a geographic term.

1. The angular distance of a place north or south of the earth's equator

2. Freedom of action or thought

That broader definition—freedom, movement, possibility—is what travel means to me and what I aim to create for every client.
Today, EL continues to evolve. It now also reflects Embracing Life, Exploring Limitlessly, and Essential Luxury—values that guide how I curate travel experiences for my clients. I know that list will grow, just like EL has. And that’s the beauty of it: EL isn’t just a name. It’s a mindset, a mission, and a movement that keeps going—wherever the journey leads.
